Comments:
Japan Original Pressing.
Mid-’80s city-pop with a West-coast tint—clear, confident vocals over sleek mid-tempo grooves and tasteful LA-polish touches.
Cut as her mid-’80s pivot toward West-coast color, the album moves from the bright glide of “Lady” to the duskier title track “Sentimental Road.” Arrangements by Ichizo Seo and Tsuyoshi Kon keep the rhythm crisp, with tasteful cameos—Danny Kortchmar on guitar, Bill Champlin on backing vocals—adding gloss without crowding her voice.

We visually inspect every record, and we clean each one before shipping (play-testing when needed). Even new or great-looking vinyl—especially some Japanese pressings—can have light background noise. We grade carefully by eye and ear, but it’s still a human call, so please check the notes before buying.
