Vol.5 is pure impact—Ifukube’s Kaiju Daisensou cues hit fast with that unmistakable Godzilla-era weight.
Then it flips into Varan and Gorath, where the mood shifts from ancient-monster dread to cold sci-fi tension.
Bonus flavor: the international Varan suite credited to Albert Glasser makes this volume feel uniquely ‘two-sided’.
