Built from late-’60s hit material, it repeatedly opens space for beats, fills, and break-like passages to jump forward, making the album feel more physical and rhythm-focused than a typical covers set. Long before Motohiko Hino was fully established as a major jazz drummer, you can already hear that restless attack here.
