A killer 1975 Japanese crossover gem — classic Japanese rock and pop transformed into smoky funk, soul and groove by Jun Fukamachi and an all-star band.

Formerly the twin duo The Cupids, Maximum returned in 1975 with this superb Jun Fukamachi-driven crossover album, backed by an incredible lineup including Kenji Omura, Rei Ohara, Shuichi “Ponta” Murakami, Take Muraoka and Shigeya Hamaguchi.

Songs by Yosui Inoue, Happy End, Gedo, Carol and Makoto Kubota are completely reshaped into deep funk, smoky soul and tough Japanese groove. “Koori no Sekai,” “Ashita Tenki ni Nare” and “Hibiscus Lady” are especially killer — familiar songs, but sounding almost like entirely different records.

VG+ (Very Good Plus)	Minor wear, light surface noise, no major flaws — a solid average used copy.
VG (Very Good)	Visible wear and surface noise. Plays through without skipping.
G+ (Good Plus)	Heavily used. Significant wear or scratches, but still playable.

We visually inspect every record, and we clean each one before shipping (play-testing when needed). Even new or great-looking vinyl—especially some Japanese pressings—can have light background noise.
