Fantasy is strongest when framed not simply as early idol pop, but as a finely built 1976 kayō album with real melodic force. With major writing from Kyohei Tsutsumi and Yusuke Hoguchi, plus Yu Aku’s lyrics on key material, the record balances youthful brightness, dramatic lift, and polished orchestral pop craft in a way that lets Hiromi Iwasaki’s voice hit with both clarity and scale. It is catchy, but never lightweight.
