Mahoroba feels less like simple new age and more like a landscape you slowly step into. Himekami’s clear synth lines and Japanese melodic sense open the space, while Yas-Kaz’s percussion gives the record a ritual-like pulse and physical depth. It is calm on the surface, but underneath there is something ancient, spacious, and quietly transportive that keeps drawing you further in.
