Osorezan / Doh No Kembai is one of Geinoh Yamashirogumi’s most powerful early works, long before their worldwide recognition through AKIRA. The album moves far beyond simple folk or soundtrack music, mixing ritual-like vocals, psychedelic rock tension, deep percussion, and a strange theatrical atmosphere. Dark, intense, and completely unique, this is a serious Japanese underground record for listeners into psychedelic, progressive, ritual, and deep Wamono sounds.
